2026-08-29 · a VM on the Tower was switched off; the Hub VM was not, and neither was the Tower host — Goose is a container on it and never noticed. Corrects two of this page's own earlier claims, and says how each was reached. What is up and what is down, read live; the delivery window and the three quiet notification failures it exposed; and the live signal retired on a false premise, now retired deliberately.

What was actually wrong

2026-08-13 · three wrong diagnoses and the one error underneath them; the miss log's answer (five real misses in ten nights); two genuine faults — a signal dead 27 days behind a healthy-looking health check, and a vault backup that wiped 192 files. Supersedes the 8 Aug map.
